Thomas C Fariello, "Tommy" Executive Chef and Owner of Tommy's Italian Restaurant in Davie Florida is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with degrees in Vegetarian, Nutrition and Italian Cuisine. Tommy was the former Executive Chef & Owner of the Sherwood Diner in New York as well as the Executive Chef of the Crowne Plaza here in south Florida.
Tommy's Italian Restaurant offers traditional Italian dishes modernized for today's pallet and needs. Tommy's offers a gluten free menu while continuing to provide a flair for "old world" family comfort meals.

The Premier Cooking School Just For Kids!!!
We offer recipes to challenge and teach kitchen skills & techniques with plenty of participation and pounds of patience! This is a great hands-on experience for your child to improve their socialization, mathematic, motorization and listening skills, while having a blast and cooking up the time of their life. Cooking classes are held in an actual restaurant, a wonderful and safe environment for cooking. Our environment offers a unique culinary experience like no other and very exciting for our little chef's. Classes are for children, and teens ages 5 through 14 and facilitated by a certificated chef and teacher. Your little chef will make the selected menu item, eat the food they prepare and at the end of the class they even get a copy of the recipe to bring home!!! The Little Chef Cooking School also provides an array of services, including birthday parties, special events, holiday events, scout classes, parent and children cooking classes, and more. As seen on Wsvn's Parent to Parent segement and according to Lynn Martinez, kids who help in the kitchen tend to try more foods, even picky eaters.
Established in September 2011, Il Piccolo Cuoco "The Little Chef” Cooking School was founded by sisters Chef Sabrina Fariello Milner and Samantha Fariello.
Graduated from The School of Culinary of The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in June 1999. As part of her education Sabrina was chosen to be a team member and compete as a part of The Junior Culinary Team. Sabrina and her team competed in Orlando, Florida. Sabrina and her team won The Florida State Junior Team Champions and received a silver medal. She was the first female to win the silver medal for the southeast conference of Florida. Today Sabrina's culinary experience includes managing Tommy's Italian restaurant and "The Little Chef Cooking School”
Graduated with honors from Florida Atlantic University with Cum Lade Honors and a degree in Early Elementary Education. She has spent some of her professional career teaching students of all ages and skill levels in both professional and recreational classes. Today Samantha enjoys teaching cooking classes and enjoys the pride the chefs take in preparing and eating their delicious culinary delight.
